Parent and Guardian Information

We require that a child’s parent, guardian, or approved caregiver remain on the Ranch property at all times during their child’s session. A lounge and designated seating area are available for adults who wish to observe.

Observing Sessions

We encourage parents and guardians to watch from a respectful distance. This allows the session leader to build a focused, one-on-one connection with your child, while still ensuring your presence is felt. Being nearby also gives your child the opportunity to share their experiences, their challenges, triumphs, and breakthroughs with you.

Photography and Video

Parents and guardians are welcome to take photos or videos of their child; however, we encourage you to do so in a way that allows your child to stay fully present in their experience, rather than focused on posing or performing for the camera.

For the safety and privacy of all participants, photographing or recording other children is strictly prohibited. If you are capturing images or video, please be aware of other sessions taking place and ensure they are not included in your footage.
